General Assistant

Job Objective

Assist process operators in the production of finish or in-process parts, deburr parts, separate scrap and parts as they are manufactured and arrange them on pallets so production can continue.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of measuring tools

• Writing and reading comprehension

• Knowledge of the basic physical, mechanical and chemical properties of materials

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems

• General knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene

• Basic knowledge of technical drawing and reading of plans and standardized symbols

• General knowledge of PPAP

• Knowledge of units of measurement

Education Level

High school degree desirable.

Minimum Desirable Experience to Fill the Position

6 months in a similar position.
