Job Objective
Proper application of powder coating on metal parts, ensuring the finish meets customer specifications, while minimizing paint waste and handling work equipment correctly.
Specific duties:

Prepare the paint to be used (select the color, weigh it, and keep track of consumption).

Verify with the Production Supervisor the coating thickness to apply according to customer specifications and record it.

Maintain records of temperature and humidity.
-
Check paint equipment parameters.

Apply powder coating to parts.
-
Sift recovered paint.
-
Clean the work area.
-
Perform preventive maintenance on paint equipment.
-
Complete production reports.
Education Level
Secondary school is preferred.
Minimum Desirable Experience to Fill the Position
One year in a similar position.
Knowledge/Skills

Reading and writing comprehension.

General knowledge of basic physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of materials.

Understanding of the production process.

General knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene.
