Job Objective
Verify and document compliance with customer specifications in manufactured parts at the start of operation, during the process, and as finished products.
Specific duties:

First-piece approval at the start of production
-
Perform in-process inspections
-
Carry out containment of suspect product in process
-
Validate rework
-
Inspect and release new products
-
Participate in problem analysis and resolution (8D’s)
-
Control nonconforming product
-
Perform critical variable inspections for CPK studies
-
Support in conducting Gage R&R studies
-
Record inspection results in the corresponding formats
-
Analyze test or inspection results
-
Promptly report any detected nonconformities
-
Transfer rejected parts in FMK
-
Ensure compliance with QMS procedures applicable to the position, as well as process objectives, quality policy, mission, vision, and values of Tectron Metal S.A. de C.V.
Education Level
High school is preferred.
Minimum Desirable Experience to Fill the Position
6 months in a similar position.
